Hartwell is a historical, family-owned property in the heart of the beloved (and growing!) Boylan Heights neighborhood. Located 1 mile from the middle of downtown we’re ideally situated to provide a space for your next wedding, party, corporate event, training, meeting, or workshop.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Our venue can accommodate up to 90 people (sitting + standing)

We have an open catering policy so you can bring in your own food or let us give you recommendations!

We have an onsite manager to ensure your event goes smoothly. We set up and break down the tables and chairs, including sweeping and mopping afterward.

Rental of our space includes use of our indoor space, outdoor patio and rooftop deck. Our indoor lounge features 2,400 square feet of open space with a 600 square foot rooftop patio that overlooks downtown Raleigh.

Yes! There is ample parking - we have a dedicated parking lot and there is also street parking for you and all your guests.
