EVENTS
From weddings, showers, corporate events, comedy shows and everything in-between, our space was uniquely designed to be flexible and accommodating for all kinds of events! Rental of our space includes use of our indoor space, outdoor patio and rooftop deck. You're welcome to bring in your own food, decorations or furniture. We do not have a preferred vendor list
(although we're happy to give you our recommendations) so you're welcome to work with any vendor that you chose.
The maximum capacity for all events is 90 people.

OUR PROPERTY
Hartwell's grounds offer three lots worth of space! The actual building and parking area are one lot, followed by two open green spaces behind our building.
Our indoor lounge features 2,400 square feet of open space with a 600 square foot rooftop patio that overlooks downtown Raleigh.

BAR SERVICES
Wine and beer will be available for purchase in our indoor lounge as well as on our rooftop deck!
Hartwell's guests can enjoy beverages indoors surrounded by landscaped views or on our rooftop deck overlooking the city.
